This was an extensive renovation involving both structural modifications and interior design improvements. Load-bearing walls and bulkheads were removed, a custom fireplace feature was designed and installed, and the entire main floor received a cohesive aesthetic transformation.

Fireplace Sitting Room | TV Lounge

Originally one large family room, this space was reconfigured into two functional zones: a fireplace sitting area and a separate TV lounge.

It was important that this area tied into the overall design scheme of the newly renovated Fireplace and TV lounge areas so we did a few minor upgrades to elevate these two spaces.

Transitionally, it made sense that we upgraded these two rooms. Mainly because in the entry, the flooring spans into the kitchen/breakfast area, so in the meantime we made some beautiful changes to tie it all together.
