We believe that finding storage solutions that make things easier on a day to day basis, promotes Well Being in the home. We are all about Well Being! With that said, how you perform day to day affects every other area in your life. If you are frustrated with things that cause you frustration, can affect how you interact with your family, friends and co-workers. It all matters!!
Let’s get started shall we?
1. Cutlery Tray’s
This is Key in a stress free Kitchen. Being able to see everything clearly and in an organized fashion is something that is a must have on any Kitchen organization list. Everything has a home!
Sliding drawers and removable trays, keeps everything compact and ready for use.

2. Spice and Knives Storage
If you can get things off the counter such as knife holders and Spice racks, we are all in! Having a lot of items on your counter means more cleaning, more cleaning means more work. It’s a no-brainer to do what one can, to reduce work for themselves.
Not only that, having knives out of sight and out of mind for our children is simply a great idea. There are many child safety locks that can be added to a drawer so little fingers don’t have access to these dangerous kitchen tools.
With regards to the spice rack – this also reduce hazards in the kitchen since many of us put our spices in the cupboard above the stove. No reaching over a hot stove reduces so much potential for burns and fires.

3. Sponge & Scrubber Pull Out
Okay, so how many of you have a dish on the side of your sink that holds your wet sponge, or dirty pot scrubber? Who honestly wants to see this hot mess every day? I most certainly do not!
The sponge and scrubber is one thing that never seems to have a proper home until they came out with this idea! I am in love with this genius storage solution. Mainly because under sink storage is often wasted space.
With the exception of something like this!

4. Container Storage
So I may have seen one kitchen in all of the years I have been styling properties where their plastic container drawer was organized, but in all honesty, as impressed as I was by seeing theirs, it was not quite like this system.
Plastic containers and their lids are a huge waste of space when you don’t have a functional system like this. Talk about well being, saving space & ease of use – this one ticks all of the boxes.

5. Charging Drawer
In today’s world, having a charging drawer is hugely practical, a safe place to store your expensive devices while cooking, and keeps the clutter off the counter when not in use.
Again, this plays into the resale component of a clean & organized modern home.

6. Baking Trays
Oh the ever popular – stack your baking trays, one on top of the other fiasco!
This is typically stored under your stove in that drawer that meets the floor – you know the one.
It’s that dreaded task of trying to juggle the stack of slippery backing sheets to get the one on the bottom – right! And, it’s inevitable that top sheet ends up on the floor under the stove, where you have to literally stick your entire arm through that tight space behind the drawer to fish for that rouge baking sheet – good times!
Here is the solution!

7. Paper Towel & Waste Bin Storage
Did you know that this was a thing? I love the idea of having paper towel handy, but aesthetically, it does not serve you on the counter – again, it’s just another counter thing you have to move around, and clean under and then there is that visual clutter thing.
Having a spot for recyclables is so important. I can not tell you how many huge garbage bins or recycle bins I have seen on kitchen floors. They take up floor space in your kitchen, so in my opinion if your kitchen can house these bins without compromising on other valuable storage needs it is a must have.

8. Pull Out Drawers
This is one very helpful way to keep all of those smaller things neat and tidy. Especially if you are one to house a lot of overstock. So many of us tend to stack one small can or jar on top of the other, and can quickly become a hot mess!
And you know those food items stored in bags, well tuck them away behind a closed door and slide out your drawer of awesomeness for function and organization all in one place.

9. Pull Out Pantries
Don’t we all wish that we had a pantry! This space saver pantry is great for those kitchens where a large walk in closet pantry, or large double door pantry is not an option.
It is using depth instead of width – what a grand idea! Don’t you also love that no matter which side of the cabinet you are standing on you can easily access everything in the cupboard?

10. Under Sink Storage Slide Out
Any space under the sink can typically become a nasty hole of mount yuck a mess! Because it is one of those spaces that is difficult to organize, it becomes easily cramped, and overpopulated with everything including the kitchen sink… I know I just had to go there :).
I love this system. Although it does take space inside the cabinet, it is easy to use in that it slides out, and it forces you to be organized because it will only hold a certain amount of items.

We trust that you have found this article helpful from not only an organized homeowners perspective, but also from the point of view of getting your home ready for sale and ready to impress your buyer!
Upgrades that will be sure to impress and provide practical solutions for your families Well Being.
Sincerely,
